anyone who says they have only one life to live must not know how to read a book

Came across this booklist and crossed over the ones I've read. I've still so many books I have to read! In fact I have a proper booklist of 1000 books you should read before you die. I didn't get my summerjob (as I applied too late..) so this summer I'll have time for reading. It'll also be my escape from depression once I'm back in Finland, I'd rather stay in Scotland and leaving this place is terrible. But with a good book you can forget your own problems and live in another world for a while. I love that.

When I have my own house (and am wealthy) I really want to have a library. An old-fashioned library with pretty furniture, a fireplace and all that. And lots of books. That'd be perfect. Now I think I shall finish "David Copperfield" to justify my overlining it!

Have you been reading any good books lately? :)
